Reading and Writing

Posted by T.S.Garp

All writers should read as much as they can. I love to read and recently I have been on a medical leave of absence for several months, between watching films, reading/writing is my best pastime. My postings/updates might be running late. Keep reading, the more you read and write, the better your writing is and imagination - T.S.Garp

Find Your Inspiration

Posted by T.S.Garp

Growing up many moons ago one of my all-time favorite places to visit for a great source of hands-on information was the local Library. Nothing beats the vastness, historic looking marble and wooden library, display of thousands of books on every subject imaginable, some of which are over a hundred years old!

Complete with historical records and immeasurable information printed on comfortable "easy-on-the-eyes" hardbacks that are better than electronic books glaring brightness. For a relaxing time and a reader's inspiration discover the joy of visiting a library, where you'll find solid books, and turn pages of authors and books not found on the internet - T.S.Garp

The National Poetry Month

Posted by T.S.Garp

April is here, the sun is returning, and warmth is filling the air. Spring is breathing life back into the land and poets gain renewed inspiration at the sight of all of this. The previous months before April seem more like cold-hearted dreams. Like being in a state of moving, numbing limbo, hibernating the senses.....

The National Poetry Month
begins now in April. Read my article at BookStove.com for details and join in on this poetry celebration.

With Words That come, Poet's Poetry

Posted by T.S.Garp

What words come forth may bring a delight to a summer's gloom or add a splash of insight to a mystery that has hindered us from knowing our true nature of how things are and what God has decreed. Our thoughts strung with words we barely can understand and yet knowing that they are true and as real as the wind that touches our skin and breaths life into our wading souls seeking a clear meaning and a path of enlightenment. We are Gods creations on a soul‘s journey. We are created to understand by watching, by doing, by forgiving, by creating, and by learning the lessons that befall us, and impart the great wisdom of God's glory and loving hand. We are all poets of life. Trying to get it right. - T.S.Garp
